I provide health and fitness education that empowers every woman to understand, embrace and love their natural bodies. My goal is to meet people in the middle between traditional clinical treatment and holistic and alternative practices, because both have a place in a woman’s overall health plan. Here you’ll discover evidence-based information and simple strategies that will help you cultivate body positivity and make lifestyle choices that work for you.

I take a feminist approach to women’s health + wellness, teaching women to function at their healthiest. I want you to finally shine, which means understanding how to best work with YOUR individual body. That’s why all of my offerings affirm and honor the natural female body.
