I’ll give you tons of information over Zoom on important things to know and do to help your healthy habits take shape. The program consists of six half-hour educational calls over the course of six weeks. Unlike a pre-recorded lecture, you’ll be able to jump in and ask questions as soon as they come up.

Talk about #womenempoweringwomen! It’s true that healthy living is easier when you have support, so this program is designed to foster relationships. Members get access to an exclusive Slack work-space to ask questions, engage with one another, and more.

The program consists of daily and weekly assessments that tell you exactly what to do and what to track. I’ll then coach YOU based on your unique goals and preferences, not just what the group as a whole needs.
