I offer fun, challenging and invigorating classes that are possible for every body, no matter your age, flexibility, or strength. Each class format is based on yoga and/or Pilates principles, designed to heal your mind and body while improving alignment, physical and mental strength, balance and flexibility. Choose a class length that works for you - I offer 30, 45, and 50-minute classes!

POP Pilates

A combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance and the energy of music, which results in an intense workout that is FUN and effective, while leaving NO muscle untouched.

Pilates Intense Interval Training (PIIT)

This unique class offers you the benefits of Pilates and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in a 28-minute time frame. PIIT will get you FITTER, FASTER.

Mindful Strength

The ultimate mind-body workout. This class combines yoga flow with full-body strength training, designed to sculpt, tighten, and challenge every major muscle.
