I take a feminist approach to women’s health + fitness, teaching women to function at their healthiest. Training differently than men is NOT about capability - I believe that women are just as capable as men. Instead, it’s about understanding how to best work with each individual body. That’s why all of my offerings affirm and honor the natural female body. I believe a unique combination (or even one!) of the options below will help you on your journey.
